Obasi Nwamadi is an accomplished energy-sector executive with over 30 years of experience delivering complex oil and gas projects across Nigeria, Canada, the U.K and the wider EMEA region. His career spans project engineering, commercial and contract management, contracting and procurement leadership, business assurance and corporate governance.
He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS), and has previously held senior leadership roles supporting multibillion-dollar projects and portfolios, including Deep Water Projects, Major Turnarounds for assets, Carbon Capture and Storage Projects, Gas and Power Projects, and Asset Acquisition & Operations.
Now an independent consultant and non-executive director, he combines deep technical understanding with commercial judgement to guide projects from concept and front-end engineering design through EPC execution, commissioning, handover and closeout.
